Superb ground floor apartment that is easily accessible to all in an A location!

Casa la Siena is a wonderful place to stay and is in a very central and beautiful location near wonderful restaurants, shopping centers and beaches. Ideal for a short stay during your vacation and/or for long term stay in winter with the right facilities and all day sun or shade on the front and back terrace. Parking? Directly in front of the door! Also reception by a English speaking real estate agent!

About the apartment:

Our complex is located in one of the newest residential areas of Punta Prima, just 5 minutes walk from Punta Marina shopping center, where all the amenities you expect to need are available. There is a diverse range of stores, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Piece by piece, the restaurants are super good and you can hang out until late (02.30). So it is great to lie on the beach in the morning/afternoon, freshen up in the apartment and walk to the restaurants.

The communal park has a very neatly landscaped garden and features several heated pools and a children's playground. The vacation apartment features a spacious and beautifully decorated living area with smart TV with international channels and WiFi, a fully equipped open kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher and induction hob, 2 bedrooms (with built-in closets) and 2 bathrooms with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower.  There is also air conditioning in the apartment for heating and cooling. The spacious terraces at the front and rear are nicely furnished and are equipped with a lounge set, Weber BBQ (from Feb 2026) and a parasol. There is free parking right outside the door.

Villamartín Golf

For golf lovers, this is also a great place to be. Just 4.9km away (8 minutes by car), you will find the Villamartín Golf course. The greens of Villamartín are internationally famous, with famous holes such as the 17th hole, a par 3 that forces you to cross a wooded promenade to reach a huge and generous green with two platforms.

Playa la Zenia beach

Still, most of us come to Spain for the white sand beaches with blue waters. There are several beaches nearby such as Playa Rocio del mar (approx. 2 minutes by car) but we prefer the beautiful beach at Playa la Zenia where you can enjoy a pebble-free beach, have a good lunch at La Mirada (with fantastic views) and various options for water sports are offered (5 minutes by car). Finally, a comprehensive file will be shared for tenants in advance of arrival with a lot of information. Think good restaurants, shopping centers, activities, attractions, public transportation, contact information reliable cab (or cab stand 5 minutes away).
